Run club

Miles with neighbors, plus the strength work that keeps runners running.

What it is

A community run club connected to a studio that knows how to keep runners strong and injury-free.

EWB's run club is part of the studio's community offering. It is a way to put miles in with other members and neighbors, with the studio's strength and mobility coaching available when running starts to take a toll.

Current routes, pace groups and meeting times are not listed on this site. Call or check Instagram for the details before showing up.

What a session looks like

The shape of the work.

01

Check the current details

Call or check @efitbodies for the meeting point and time. The studio does not post a standing schedule online.

02

Run at your pace

The club is a community run, not a race. Ask on the day about pace groups and route length.

03

Keep the strength work

Runners benefit from hip, calf and trunk strength. Pair the club with a coached session if you keep getting niggles.

Most easy training should sit in Z1–Z2. Save Z4–Z5 for short, deliberate efforts — and use the talk test when a wrist reading looks wrong.

Estimates only. Maximum heart rate is an age-based average, not a measurement. If you take medication that affects heart rate or have a cardiac condition, ask your doctor before training to these zones.
