A conversation, then an assessment
The first session starts with your history: what you want to do, what has gotten in the way, and how you move today. Nothing is assumed from a number on a chart.
One-to-one coaching for strength, mobility and the life you want to keep doing.
Personal training at EWB is a working relationship, not a workout handed to you at the door. Your coach looks at how you move, what hurts, what you enjoy and what you are training for, then builds the session around that.
The approach is holistic by design: certified coaching, pain relief and injury support, sport-specific work, nutrition consulting, accountability and somatic healing practices all sit in the same room. You do not have to piece those services together yourself.

The first session starts with your history: what you want to do, what has gotten in the way, and how you move today. Nothing is assumed from a number on a chart.
You leave with movement you understand and a plan for the days between sessions — not a list of exercises you have to decode alone.
Loads, mobility and how you feel are checked as you go. When something changes, the program changes with it.
Free to use, no email required. If the result raises a question, call the studio and ask it.

No. Personal training is built around your starting point. Tell your coach what you have done before and what feels unfamiliar, and the session will meet you there.
