Review what is already working
A food and habit history, without judgment, so the plan starts from reality.
Practical eating habits, built around your life rather than a reset.
Nutrition counseling at EWB starts with what you already do. A coach reviews your current habits, then builds strategies that fit your schedule, preferences and training load.
The work includes a personalized diet and habit plan, a commitment journal, recipe and meal-prep ideas, body composition analysis and ongoing community support. It is coaching, not a handout — the plan is reviewed and adjusted as you go.

A food and habit history, without judgment, so the plan starts from reality.
Small, specific shifts you can repeat — not a complete kitchen overhaul in one week.
Body composition and habit check-ins show whether the plan is working, and the plan changes if it is not.

0.7–1.0 g per pound of bodyweight, a common range for active adults.
A gentle deficit lands near 1,670 kcal; a small surplus near 2,160. Judge the trend over four to six weeks, not a single day.
Estimates only, using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Nutrition needs vary with health conditions and medication — talk to a qualified professional and ask a coach before making significant changes.
